damn
s*** been there the whole time and now they deploy vsc
Alonso on the podium in 2021 is f***ing wild
RB did Checo like that
great drive from Lewis all week

Lewis rn
I'm f***ing done with Mercedes bullshit btw
First they're changing the engine in Brazil because "reliability and degradation concerns", Lewis is annihilating the field, Toto Wolff says that engine will be used for the end of season
Then Qatar, they're using the old pre-Brazil engine again, Lewis s***s on everyone in quali with -0.5 delta, maintains a comfortable lead throughout the race, Toto Wolff says they will be using the "rocketship" engine again in Saudi
The amount of CAP Toto Wolff been saying throughout the season is f***ing off the charts

I'm kinda convinced Mercedes has done some fishy s*** powertrain-wise past-Great Britain and even "degraded" version of that engine is just enough powerful. It's still not really known which changes were made but at some point that thing started PULLING and simultaneously started needing a replacement every 3 races which is just weird.
As to Qatar, it's just generally more Mercedes-friendly track chassis-wise with all those flowing high-speed corners so i feel like their pace came from just all-around package.
Btw, looking at Brazil, since Mercedes clearly managed to sort out those high-altitude low air density issues with the engine, that circuit is also more Mercedes-friendly that it may seem.
