after playing the first two and playing halfway through the third one I thought what would be really amazing is if they made one in modern times/90s-00s period. there's a lot of potential there to show kinda the downfall of the whole mafia thing. young people are stroking their d***s over sopranos like never before too, a game in a similar setting would be perfect. idk why we have to go even farther back, never liked that idea

It's not open world like that, and I noticed in the description they made a point to emphasize that it was going back to a linear style so I think they realize the mafia 3 experiment didn't work too well so they are going back to the franchises roots.

Was hoping for the 70s. The only game I know that takes place then is Driver 76.
