I normally only eat lunch and dinner anyways. My lunch could be considered breakfast I guess, but I never wake up in the AM, so my breakfast is never breakfast foods lmao.
But I can’t remember the last time I stuck to 3 square meals. It’s usually 2, sometimes jus one bigger one, and then snacks.
I used to do that but I felt like I even up eating more overall, and going to work on an empty stomach sucks
People fast all the time
Muslim folks fast 16 hrs straight b and they been doing it for centuries
they do that 1 month and ive personally witnessed some have major issues if ramadan is set in the summer or aa major working period. dudes not enjoying that tf

idk maybe it works but if you get a solid meal plan, your meals will actually give you a lot of energy as well
