My friend know damn well her depression cause by traumatic s*** that happened to her and yea she going to therapy n s***. I don't think her or other people using these d**** thinking they going to cure this chemical imbalance

it's thought that pollutants are to blame for rising infertility/sterility, I'm sure these PFAS, nano plastics, plus your local flavor of pollutant (mine is a jet fuel spill near the underground aquifer that 1mil draw their water from) are really f***ing with our bodies

Get into a daily routine, find new hobbies, get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, try to spend an hour or two outside, set goals to achieve even if they're small, increase human interaction (not online)

I'd suggest magic mushrooms but those can make things worse they're very unpredictable
That being said psychedelics have been the best tool for introspection that I've seen/used
