ScarJo & Adam gave the best performances of the decade, thats on me

Being married myself this hit hard. Stellar performances by the 2 leads.

I won't compare this to Blue Valentine tho... That was a much more dark and dreary story.

great performances from everyone. at times it felt like they were forcing it to be oscar bait but other than that the casting was great. adam driver in that fight scene was raw af

movie not even baumbach's top 3 imo. but probably the best cinematography in any of his movies

This is Adam’s movie. Had to shed a tear with him

all the MFs saying that scene was “unrealistic” have definitely never been in a serious enough relationship to have an argument like that

wasn’t crazy about greenberg, still need to see kicking and screaming, while we’re young was decent

I thought this was amazing. Depressing watch, as it was all for almost nothing in the end...

Couple of things hit hard in this, everyday struff that's present in almost any relationship and isn't an issue in itself but in combination with other things it becomes a problem.
