Does anyone have a grocery list that they use or any recipes that are good? I been trying to get on a good diet and this s*** has been hard. Starting to take a toll on my body and been feeling sluggish as well

not in a place to give advice right now as my diet sucks but i would start off by replacing the meals you're eating for healthier variants like cereal for oatmeal for example

bro i use the yuka app to scan things and won't eat it unless it's rated excellent (or good). this might help!
my diet consists of ground turkey, broccoli, carrots, plain greek yogurt, eggs, chicken, oatmeal w/ oat milk, rice, and sardines. keep it simple and you'll stick to it a lot easier.

What is your diet like in general? Processed or not, if you’re have a balanced diet of nutritients, you shouldn’t be feeling sluggish.

not true, but you well spend more time picking out ur food when u go grocery shopping since 90% is garbage and 10% is nutritious
Whole Foods is for lazy ppl with extra money to spend
A go to snack of mine is a simple oat bar:
Warm 1/3 cup PB in pot
Mix in 1/4 cup honey
When combined, mix in 1/2 cup rolled oats
Stir and when satisfied, take off heat and pour into any container and put in fridge
Let cool for the day and done
The more honey you add, the more it will stick together
Also make wise choices with the oils you use
Butter, ghee, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil all good. Be careful on the last two because they are often cut sneakily with other bad oils
This can be for when you get into a rhythm but it's something to keep in mind

Maybe it’s the depression then but I usually eat toast with peanut butter on it and a banana, chipotle or something for lunch, then some days i’ll just make something at the house for dinner. A lot of the time I am only eatingn2 meals a day tho

Sounds like depression or a symptom of something else to me. Not a bad diet but you could use some fruit. Try eating an apple, banana, and some strawberries every day if you can afford it. Or at least every other day.
Consider coffee when your energy is low. As in actual coffee not coffee juice with a million creamers. One cup a day if you feel like you need it. Avoid energy drinks like Monster Red Bull etc like the plague, they're very very bad for you.
If you don't want to drink coffee then get a box of caffeine pills. Bet you didn't know they existed. I use NoDoz. One pill is equal to one cup of coffee. I usually just take a third of a pill and it will give me the small enough jump for my body to maintain for a few more hours. The trick is to take just enough to get you goin but not enough to have a crash.
Otherwise I would say to exercise etc and you should if you have the time but I know nobodys trying to do all that s*** lol. Basically just eat some more fruit and have some caffeine and I think you'll be good.

I do need to eat more fruits and get back into the gym bc the gym really does boost my energy for the day and genuinely make me feel good
