    1st thing 1st is to take all sugar drinks away

    Replace it with water and zero calorie drinks

    Then replace sugary snacks with fruits, granola bars, trail mix

    After that you're down to cutting carbs and sodium from your heavier meals

    protip: use (plant-based) milk instead of a sweetener to sweeten tea or coffee

    i drink almond milk but thinking about switching to soy

    don’t use any sweetener in my coffee or tea anyways tho

    think this is my biggest struggle. i be snacking way too much on unhealthy things but i’m usually pretty good with portion control
