Also this still one of the most iconic disses of all time
!https://youtu.be/RrhxmgyjAqc?si=A3EL266KTeFPAC04F*** Kevin Durant much better
I felt like titling it like that (on some meme ironic non sincere s***, would be different if he was actually gay lol) actually f***ed up his momentum and cemented him as a joke
It's not really a meme title. The whole album is about coming out of the closet - overcoming prejudice, oppression and social stigmas to be proud of yourself. The triptych on the album cover pretty much spells it out:
Slavery - Mental Slavery - Mental Freedom
Obviously Lil B isn't actually gay but he used the metaphor tastefully and in a way that actually reflects the IRL gay experience. I think it's one of the best concept albums in hip-hop and a way better 'gay hip-hop album' than anything Tyler or Kevin Abstract has made.
F*** Kevin Durant much better
The Joe Budden diss works better bc of the irony involved but f*** KD still a classic lol
You just don't get it, and that's fine. There are things that I don't understand too, like taxes, or the origins of the Israel/Palestine conflict. No need for a thread on this.
You dont understand the orgins of israel/palestine?
Protect Lil B at all cost & protect the autism spectrum, it’s not a punchline to your insults
imagine trying to explain ~2010 lil b era to a 14 year old rap fan rn
Had to be there
no one was unironically listening to that slop besides a couple of resident braindead posters
