Can agree with this. Within the realms of 'mental health acceptance' that biggest gripe personally is this obsession with these labels. Not sure if you're around the same age as me, but growing up being bound by a 'label' was seen as the worst thing ever. Boxing people in, was considered a messed up thing, and 'just being yourself' as an identity was 'in'. However in recent years socially it's become more and more acceptable to apply all these labels and groupings, just simply nonsense. No human is the same. Seriously, and it kills an actual identity.
Yeah fr, it's about the person not the label. The generalizations you can get out of the label can be dangerous and limiting, especially when people don't understand the purpose of labels or don't understand the label itself.
People are just people, everyone is their own unique island with a mix of everything and you gotta treat everyone uniquely and excellently to get social success and fulfillment from your relationships.
This too; who doesn't want to take care of themselves? Plus there's still ways to eat said 'unhealthy' meals but cook them with healthy ingredients and reduce salt, sugar, oils. (shoutout cooking thread). The lazy American diet of 'fast food 24/7' is realistically the biggest problem.
