    starting to look at neighborhoods… what are good places to live (budget for rent is 2,000-3000)

    Ocean Hill is lovely and very residential, 2.5k will get you a real nice 2 bedroom there

    @op if you do look into Astoria lmk I can give you recs... in general make sure you're in walking distance of a train stop
