This should make a case that adams b**** ass needs to do more about the homeless.

But nah, more hate towards ppl that got no homes.

Desperate Niggas are gonna do desperate things. Me saying that is not an endorsement of what niggas did. More an understanding of WHY they did it.

I REITERATE it’s been fake spring up here for the last few weeks. It gets COLD at night. Once again, what yall want niggas to do when it gets under 30 degrees and the shelters are filled to capacity?

    From a legal lens--

She didn't really get arrested for kicking squatters out of her home. That's a super simplified headline. The squatters were already escorted off her land. One of the squatters made claims that they put repairs in the home and that they had a lease. Therefore claiming tenancy.

If she didn't change the locks, and instead went and got a court order, they would've been gone. So it's a misstep there. It's not some "liberal nightmare city" BS, she just took the wrong steps and got arrested because she kicked out someone who was claiming to be a tenant, triggering tenants' rights.

Well they're not necessarily "allowed" lmao but it's a lotta people who been living in the US illegally off a visa they got 15-20 years ago. In the case of one my aunts, 50 years ago

Raised an entire family here and never became an "official" citizen.

    I said "knowingly."

As in, it's known you're here illegally, and you can just do the same thing a documented citizen can do. You can't "knowingly" hold a gun illegally in this country.

That being said I feel for the lady and she should have the house obviously. It's her mom's house, she just went through the wrong process and tried to inadvertently skirt property laws.

If your property's been abandoned for years because they're trying to speculate or w/e and other people have been living there instead during that time, making repairs, etc... I just consider that a modern Homestead Act Just don't think that's the situation happening here

Yea, but that's not knowingly though. That's flying under the radar.

If I got arrested and say an illegal immigrant get arrested at the same time...I'm just sent to my house, they getting deported. So it's not really allowed per se is what I'm asking about here.

The problem is they have no documentation of a lease. They didn't show the cops a lease and they didn't show the news a lease. All they provided was a receipt of "work" they've been doing on the house.

But what confuses me is that there still needs to be some legitimate proof of a lease that supports their claim of thirty days. The guy said he only had a bill from the supposed work that he did.

I understand it's a misstep on her end, but if the guy doesn't have any official documentation of a lease, then technically he isn't even a tenant and can't provide evidence. She shouldn't have been arrested for an illegal eviction because one has to be a tenant in order to be evicted. He's literally just some a****** with a receipt on his phone

im not really sure what you mean by knowingly, gun meet ups, shows, etc and stuff arent even an open "secret" - its really not difficult to illegally gain access to firearms at all. my dad has at least 30 modded ar's and ak's with drum barrels, banana clips, switches, etc

and he's not hiding it either, posts on fb and alt right forums all day.

whats ironic is no one is coming for him but he keeps talking about being "ready" for the when the deep state comes lmao

and thats not even touching the maniacs ive met in the deep north
