Meg recently sampled rather be your nigga :so it stood the test of time
The songs might not be it for the content (I don't really care for tupac sexy raps nor anyone else's tbh) but the rapping and beat is still on point imo
It's consistent for it's length still imo
But you listening to a 2pac album? or a 2pac and friends album.
Remember, this was left off that album.

it could've just been so much better y'know?
Illmatic, It Was Written, The Lost Tapes, Stillmatic, God's Son, Street's Disciple, Distant Relatives, Life Is Good, and King's Disease are all very good albums. At least three of those are considered classics.
How is that not worthy of being in a lot of people's top five greatest of all time lists now?
Rest in Peace (cause I know a good portion of the outlawz passed) but you gotta give Pac credit for his LeBron like way of just carrying some......rather subpar talent with him.
But When We Ride, What'z Ya Phone #, Ratha Be Your Nigga, and Aint Hard 2 Find just wasn' it.
Rather be ya nigga
wym
I knew this was coming. Holy s***
Well yeah of course you knew. Cus that s*** happened
Half of AEOM shouldnt exist. If it was like 12 songs
the original concept/tracklist ("Amerikaz Euthanasia) if I recall was FIRE lemme look for it.

Nas is the greatest ever.
Notable Nas albums: Illmatic, It Was Written, Stillmatic, The Lost Tapes, God's Son, Untitled, Distant Relatives, Life Is Good, King's Disease.
Limiting Nas to Illmatic is wrong. His next albums consistently get more mature, at times more personal and intimate, more daring and diverse musically and conceptually, more universal and so on.
His peers Biggie and Pac died too soon. While they were equals to Nas in their lives they didn't get to evolve and expand their craft the same way Nas did.
Jay-Z is his main contender, but on three of his most notable albums: BP/TBA/AG he was mainly a braggadocious rapper with some deeper moments scattered throughout. He tried to clown on Nas for kicking knowledge only to end up doing the same almost 2 decades later. Pop rap fans might find his output more fun.
Ye had a great run musically but his concepts and lyrics aren't as good. He isn't the vivid storyteller that Nas is. His rapping doesn't make heads spin. He doesn't really have that raw hip hop feeling that most Nas fans prefer.
And then you have Wayne who is nowhere near Nas' level lyrically and his discog isn't as consistent plus never reached the same heights.
Nas' loosies alone are superior to most discogs btw. The hate he gets on KTT is really weird and mainly comes from ppl who've never listened to him apart from Illmatic. Some of them never really heard Illmatic either.

5 isn't even a lot of people to have a top for.
And anyone whose list says:
2Pac
Biggie
Eminem
Jay-Z
Drake
...well all they telling you is what era they were born in. That's it, that's all they saying

I know it's a draft (and I'm glad Heartz Of Men became just a solo joint) but this woulda been HEAT @op
