He may be the Backwoodz artist furthest on the traditionalist-to-avant garde spectrum, He reminds me as much of William Burroughs as he does DOOM or like Ghostface at his most dusted-out and abstract. Very dense lyrics and I f*** with how open they can be to intepretation. The flow can get to spoken word levels of looseness but he’s capable of tighter rhythms too, definitely not everyones cup of tea though

This is probably his biggest song, judging off the response it gets at his sets

But I think to really get a sense of his s*** you should check out his album with Steel Tipped Dove, it’s called Decay and just came out like 1-2 weeks ago

Definitely a cool, personable individual too Been lucky enough to see him perform a few times and ran into him at a couple local shows. Very animated live performer, one of the types who will perform from the crowd instead of the stage
