Nice shouts. Definitely Bitter Cassava, Charms, Solarium... there’s really no weak song on the tracklist tho.

Its really something. Especially when you consider the frequency with which they drop. Yet every release still manages to have a unique sound and style, and the bars just get more dense and intriguing.

And, fom what they played of the new Armand Hammer album during their livestream concert, I really would not be surprised if that ends up topping this.

Yeah man f***ing incredible album. woods is a genius and Moor Mother is an outlier/jack of all trades, plus the production team around them is stacked. I feel fortunate to be alive to hear their music

yeah but someone like fantano giving it a postive review can help, acts like jpeg and brockhampton got big due to a push from him and other outlets. Even though i understand this doesn't sound like mainstream project it can still get to have a wider reach in the niche it exists

Both JPEG and Brockhampton fuse pop with experimental leanings which is why they were able to "cross over", I mean Brock called themselves a boy band and JPEG has covered "Call Me Maybe". There is next to no pop leanings to be found in Billy Woods projects, Brass might be his most uncompromising yet even... (and even up there among the more uncompromising Moor Mother projects I've heard)

Music heads who appreciate avant-garde will love it but this will never be a crowdpleaser
