100%... been exposed to trini cookin at an early age so it's all good. but it's actually easy to make though

get your pimento peppers, cocounut milk or powder, curry of your preference, cilantro or bandania, thyme, onions (optional), seasoning salt or simply sea salt.

with a food processor it shouldn’t take u longer than 10 mins.
if i had to describe storebought pesto:

its like herbs/spices that have been in the cupboard for too long and lost its flavor and smell

    shoulve quoted me,
anyways preheat pan for a min or so. then add oil.
speeds up the process more. test the heat with a wooden spoon to see if theres bubbles forming. then ur ready to cook

yea also i dont feel tired for no reason anymore or pee 2-3 times in an hour (srs) since i cut out salt & replaced sugar with 100% stevia. i dont like new years resolutions but the next step for 2020 is to go to the gym regularly

  • Dec 22, 2019

as you can see in OP, i first started cooking to save money but then naturally became more health conscious as time went on

I do the exact opposite lol. I workout (strength training and cardio) but drink a lot of sugar with my coffee and put salt on everything I eat.
