udon noodles is the bomb. and its so quick to make. i spend more time preparing the ingredriants and sauces than the actual cooking
my pantry looks like china town

i actually did, some ppl just enjoy eating other ppls food than their own
shoulve quoted me,
anyways preheat pan for a min or so. then add oil.
speeds up the process more. test the heat with a wooden spoon to see if theres bubbles forming. then ur ready to cook
Oh ok thats pretty much what i did then, the meat came out fine seasoning wise, I was actually kinda surprised myself, however, i did burn it a lil bit overcooked I'm a little afraid with undercooking meat so i probably overcook is there any tips to tell color wise if something is ready?

with ground meat, just cook till u dont see pink anymore and its brown everywhere. 10 minutes minumun
with other meat:
what i do is. i always buy thin slices of meat. they cook faster in less time and theres zero chance of undercooking it. just to be sure i just read the cooking time on the package. but its always 8 min for the thin sized and 12-15 min for the thicker sized cubes
ive been rly into hot sauces lately. i got one for every dish.
cayenne pepper hot sauce compliments bolognese pasta
green sweet chili compliments green pesto pasta
sriracha hot sauce compliments udon noodles
sambal (indonesian red chili paste) for fried rice
Home on break from college, you know the vibes

my tastebuds have changed drastically since half a year ago.
for example: salty food tastes too salty for me, so i quit a lot of stuff or replaced it.
replaced Parmesan cheese with less salty Grana Padano
regular peanut butter with 100% peanut butter
i quit potato chips alltogether
u get the picture

Yeah but of course I still got recipes I make a lot but I like to switch it up
For example I make chicken a lot, so one day I might make a sandwich, then next time make it with pasta and a salad, and then pan cook with vegetables
But at the end the base is still the same
And health aspects definitely one of the major positives of cooking for me
