“Expected” is your argument?

Because companies should be incentivized to promote growth and to be innovative. Raising the tax rate or having a high tax rate just forces them to play tax chess to get out of paying that $$$ to the government which doesn’t benefit anybody. Would be far better off with a carbon tax instead.
