How y’all holding up with workouts?
I’m doing some awesome body workouts
The only time I struggle is for back but I have a 30 pound dumbbell so I try to work things out with that
I also have a treadmill so I run on light incline and walk on heavy incline! And I’m eating super healthy. My whole family is (except for tonight, we had fire wings and sausages)
you guys use resistance bands?
Yea got a set with a medium, heavy and extra heavy band plus handles. Getting stupid pumps but just trying to maintain muscles as much as possible

so i was on ig and they had these advertisements for like resistant bands but has weights on them like up to 40 lbs so i bought one it was around 50 so now i got a txt saying that there running low on them has anyone seen this kinds of advertisements on ig before ?

working from home and being encouraged to stay home has made workouts so much easier to maintain. same as fasting and watching my macros. really excited to see how things go and to see all my friends/family after lockdown is over. feel like a different person already.

my trainer charges me for these trainings at home and I feel like im in for some bullshit. literally just provides me w the program and I do it on conference call. on one hand there's no use from it without gym and weights as I basically just do tons of planking and pushups and s***. on the other hes prob having a hard time with this s*** already and I don't wanna cut him like that. idk what to do
been thinking of getting me a cattle bell to get at least some weights in my routine. can't be f***ed doing it with like water bottles nd s***. is that a good idea or nah? anyone does their workout with it, is that any efficient?

Kettle bells are great. Swings and Turkish get ups are some of the best exercises out there. I’d recommend a 30-45 lb one

yeah thats what I was thinking. actually googled it and it says there's a huge shortage of kettlebells these days. visited my local store where I found me one earlier and they're all sold out. damn covid aint playing
