my gym has the one where you can put like a belt on yourself to do it, doing it on the smith machine is a pain in the ass if you dont have some kind of foam to help you out

ya the one at the gym i go is like this but you add the weight yourself i do 3 plate 25 on each side for ABout 3x13

this year I’m trying to do a bit more running after lean bulking most of last year
so I’m looking at doing leg exercises that will help with that but not necessarily for hypertrophy.
It has been humbling using some of the machines and doing new lifts outside the normal rotation people use on leg day.
