10 lbs away from pushing a plate 
pulled off 2 actually decent pull ups
(wanna start getting consistent at this, gonna try the "negatives" thing at the park tmmr)

ppl usually say eat within an hour after ur workout but me personally i dont practice it and dont see change in results and still hitting PRs

from what I learned it is good to eat before food that gives you energy for working out (like carbohydrates), and eat after your workout some food that contributes to energy replenishing and muscle repair (like proteins)

Depends what your goals are, but also kinda doesn’t really matter all that much.
If you’re trying to lose weight then exercising fasted can burn more fat. But if you have blood sugar issues than exercising after you eat can keep them stable.
If you’re trying to bulk up than eating before would be fine if you need the extra energy. Theres debate on whether or not the “anabolic window” is real these days. But I generally will drink a protein shake after lifting than eat about an hour later. This used to be generally thought to be the “best practice” but might just be a bro science myth at this point. I still do it out of habit.
All in all, just do whatever makes you feel best it doesn’t make much a difference. What you actually eat and how much sleep you get matter more.
