low weight, high reps kinda day. First time I got to the gym hella late (7 am. it's like an interval from 5-6:30 after that it starts getting hella crowded and niggas start just standing around waiting for niggas to get off their respective bench. mad uncomfortable lol) and good god I'm never making that mistake again
