    The only way I could've benched yesterday cause s*** was lowkey a ghost town.

    so i work at 3 pm to 11 and i go to the gym around 12 s*** is packed by 1 its a ghost house

    2x a day gym is crazy but i respect your hustle

    Nigga walking from Harlem to Brooklyn, holy s*** lmfao. But yea I’ve been doing it for years now, definitely requires a lot of sleep and stretching to pull off but the results

    funny so i go to the gym to do lifts afterword's i go to work and move around a lot always walking since i work in hospitality but i am always stretching at least twice a day and foam rolling in the morning it takes a lot of dedication to just do all this

    How do y’all deal with burnout, been consistent for 5 months now. Feel like I’ve hit a wall this week I’m so exhausted

    take it easy switch up your routine try different things

    for me lol i am a creature of habit/routine idk if anyone also is like this on here

    Taking extra time off isn’t the move tho right? I’m trying to stay strict on only two rest days even tho my body is saying it wants to chill more

    lol i w.o. 5 days a week with only 1 rest day and on those rest days i am working so i get what you mean by just wanting to chill more

    I’ll take a week off every now and then, usually if I’m feeling something strained. Never more than a week and ideally it’d be planned.

    1 free meal a week
    Structured carb refeeds every few weeks deeper into the cut
    Theragun, massage
    Getting enough sleep

    If u wanna get bigger, get on creatine, people say you get minimal results with that but for me, my arms looked freakish on the creatine.
