anyone got a routine for building legs quickly?
trying to build these quads and calves more
100 reps standing calves lift
Take 10-15 reps. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat until you hit 100 reps total. Totally overkill but after trying multiple calves training this is the one for me to get huge ass calves in no time. I also do this for my forearms
For quads I do walking lunges or db step ups, romanian split squat and sissy squats. Also always do regular squats of course

Off day, had helllllla sashimi and half a steak sub. I don’t think I met my calorie goal but I think I met my protein goal without a shake and I’m not hungry ✔️ I def look slimmer now. I was like 193 two months ago and I’m at 184 now. If I get into the 170s it’s over
