Seems like you’re doing rows in one form or another for a lot of these. I switch up the rows I do every back day due variety.

First time back in my normal gym after three weeks off. My cardio fitness needs to be worked up again but surprisingly haven’t lost much strength on my usual lifts. Probably because of extra leverages from the little weight gain.

i break down my back training by choosing stuff that biases upper/mid/low back and doing specific lat stuff as well
upper - unilateral pulldown, inverted row, rear delt flyes
mid - seated mid row, cable mid row
low - ghd back extensions, back extension machine, weighted cable back extension
lats - pullover machine, supinated pulldown and db bench row
my upper back is ridiculous so I focus on the other three areas more. your exercises look like they overlap a bit so maybe try this approach if you're lagging in a specific area

i wish my gym had the lying t-bar machine man, I used it when I was overseas and I like it much better than the normal variation. way less fatigue but fire stretch

I prefer regular rows. I feel limited motion-wise with t bar. I can’t bring it all the way in cause of the plate. It’s still a nice workout I guess I’d recommend it to people with posture issues or something but I think seated cable row and regular row work you out harder. I’m no professional tho

i use the t bar for wide grip but the one i use is on the floor its much better for control then leaning forward

The T Bar is the best back exercise for strength gains
