    3x12 superset
    -Rows

    -Tricep pushdowns

    -Lat Pulldowns

    Then close out with 3x12 captain’s chair leg raises (bro these s***s hurt smfh)

    if it's the former that actually might not be that bad (the hardest thing I know is gonna be staying still)

    yea just hanging. sometimes i do pull up and lift my legs and do a static hang thing but that is pretty hard
