    Oh yeah I guess I do that already. I always try to go heavier in weight every week or so but idk lately it’s been stalled

    Sup. Never posted itt before. Im 6’1, 200~lbs. Not fat but definitely flabby. No muscle at all. I’ve decided to boss up and finally take my health seriously. I know that if I wanna start gaining muscle im gonna put some fat on too, so if the end goal is to get less chubby and also gain muscle, what should I do first ?

    First 1-2 weeks do full body workouts 3-5 times and then get into splits. Just lock in for 3 months and you’ll be a changed man

    Got a new program focused more on hybrid training. Ran 14k today, while training legs yesterday, and maintaining strength. Really happy with this development

    How come

    Imo no point in touchin weights if you can’t even handle your body weight

    Plus if gains is your concern once you start hitting weights after getting body weight under control. Your gains would explode again basically newbie gains again

    🤩 I hope this inspires u to stay motivated. 3 weeks turns into 2 months and by then you will have changed a ton. You’ll be an entirely different person at like 4-5 months. Just lock in
