Your ass dont have to lose ANYMORE weight
Easiest meal prep lunches?
Chicken and rice never fails. Throw in onions, peppers, tomato sauce and heavy cream and it will bang. Then if you don’t want rice, steamed greens. Cooking time no more than 35 min
Dumbbell shoulder press with resistance band added is to fye
Adding resistance bands to just about every exercise is the way
All the massive guys at my gym just workout with resistance bands and light weight. Imma d***ride

If you have time, chicken tikka is pretty easy to make, it slaps, hella chicken, hella spices for your aura, it’s worth it. But chicken/onions/peppers/tomato sauce/heavy cream is quicker

Been doing it for years and seen great progress. It’s a cheat code
Pretty surreal I work out at the same gym as Sam Sulek and have seen him there several times lmao
Getting back in the gym. Last year I was on a 4 month streak early in the year which was awesome. made so many gains and felt great. Then I got slightly injured (knees started hurting on leg day, lower back too) and lost motivation over time.
Now I'm trying to get the routine back and stay consistent. Saw some videos about how it's best to go with lighter weigh, low volume for the first month back in order to give my tendons, muscles, and bones a chance to regain strength and stuff. Been doing full body and going through the motions and it feels great.
