to ask what kind of shoes do you guys use to workout in general does not have to be weight shoes but if you do i am guessing you only use them for squats and dead lifts ? need a good pair since i stand on all day at work after working out and my heel starts to bother me when i am done work
6'2 225. Skinniest I've ever been was 180. Heaviest 240ish.
Want to get back down to 205.
Can someone throw me some good bodyweight stuff I can do? I'm constantly back and forth between 3 different cities and the gym is tough to make part of my routine because of that.
Some diet/meal planning stuff probably wouldn't hurt either.

no i get it i like to lift hard to i always think its me vs me or me vs everyone in the gym lol i have that mentality but its good for me to take it a bit easy to
2 weeks ago i was sick took a week off came back that other week worked out fine even was doing the same weight as before then on shoulder day i did like 25 pounds more and pulled something but only felt it the next day so i dont wanna rush back and lift heavy then if something becomes worse i have to take months off or more weeks

but if i cut and stop lifting i’ll just get skinny fat
You should do a recomp(essentially a smaller cut). It's way slower than traditional cutting and bulking, but could benefit you for now.

I have some original Metcons that have lasted me forever. Recently I got some Reebok legacy lifter 3’s but that’s for squatting only. Use the Metcons while doing everything else in there
My new running shoes will be in when I get home from work
