my leg would give out i tried doing it today for 20 mins [i also did deadlifts and my leg started to cramp out when i was on the incline
I came from an endurance background after being overweight so normal cardio is nothing for me. You should do cardio to help with your heart and more importantly, your work capacity. You can work out more intensely imo
Yeah, but i was also on a very strict diet at the time, which is probably the biggest factor.
You got ridiculously lean man, what was the diet and eating schedule like?

Terrible
At the time during uni, I worked a warehouse job so I was super active during the day as it was
I’d typically either just have a protein shake or a big serving of egg whites & spinach for breakfast, chicken & broccoli for lunch, almonds for a mid day snack, protein shake after workout, and chicken & broccoli for dinner
If I wanted a snack, I’d just eat fruit or rice cakes
those workouts where you arent feeling it but keep going until you feel it hit so different after

lately ive been doing stairmaster at 80spm for 25mins on cardio days. The progression is satisfying and i feel adequately cooked afterwards
Wanna start running this summer too
great keep up the stair master program

so you cut your carbs completely? damn i wish i can kinda do that just to lean out a bit more but being diabetic its to hard you gotta eat some sort of carbs to give with your insulin if you give insulin and dont eat carbs you will go low and your blood sugar will drop then you will wanna eat all the McDonalds orders on the menu

I was extremely extremely low carb. Honestly, my body adjusted well, so i was never really super hungry, but staying on a regiment like that over time is exhausting.
At this point, I’m much more loose with what i eat, but i would like to trim down a bit for basketball when i play. I’m currently 6’6 255, which is great and all for my strength but i feel like a damn tank and want get back to being cut & agile
225 is my sweet spot i think

i can recommend stair master on level 11-12 for a good 15 mins-20 maybe if your crazy and cut carbs a bit and you will lose the weight in no time

My average workout during the workweek tbh
First month-2 months I wasn’t losing any weight at all, I was so frustrated and in these past two weeks I’ve just been dropping OD weight. Any reason for this sudden drop? A symptom of locking tf in?

I just had this happen. Idk maybe it just takes time for body to adjust?

Maybe it takes time for the body to realize you’re actually locked tf in
