    might need to do this my problem is i kinda always lift the same weight with the same rep couns like 3x5-8 depend on the W.O. might have to take it down a bit when i go back plus when its nice out i hate spending lots of time in the gym

    I say try less weight and more reps for 2 weeks and see how you feel. It’s like energizing the first 2 hours after and then for me at least straight death later on at night. Deceptively exhausting but it helps you max out on form so idk I like it. I’ll probably go back to the norm soon but it’s nice. I feel like my back muscles look better doing this.

    does anyone feel ''soar '' or feel like they worked out even if they stop for a week or so ? i ve been having that feeling

    Probably burnt out from going hard for a minute now. Try going like 2-3 times and see how you’re feeling

    even for heavy so like for example if i am doing chest press with dumbbells and if i am doing 90s i will do 3x7-8 usually if i do 80s i can do 8-9 lol i always go to failure even with heavy

    is awesome right? The pump that you get is unbelievable

    Bruh my back looks so defined it’s crazy. Doing more weight made me bigger but it wasn’t the result I wanted.

    i go 5x a week 1 rest days and on rest days i work so i might try less when i start going back i have not been to the gym for a week because i pulled a nerve i think on my shoulder

    Do 70 12 reps. At least for one set then you can move up if you want. But that’s a fire warm up and you can really focus on the muscles that way

    i usually start with a plate to warm up but i see what your saying i think 12 might be a little to much

    5 times a week doing max strength is a lot imo… but if you’re really just trying to get stronger and you’re built like that then why not. If you’re burnt out tho maybe it’s a sign to lighten up a little

    man lol i can do 5x a week heavy no problem i just dont wanna get injured like what happened but when i feel ''burnt out'' when i am doing these normally i lighten the weight always

    how much zz you get roughly

    On average like 5-6 hours a night with naps sprinkled in.

    Tryna get thta 7-8 spot tho
