    rather late

Dislike the fact that the article basically normalizes the use of steroids by framing it as a way of self actualization. Maybe instead of leaning into the unrealistic expectations set by social media, we should disengage?

Article also barely mentioned the results it can have on your natural testosterone production for guys in their teens, 20s and 30s. You dont want to f*** with that unless you naturally have really low test which most guys dont. They might live a lifestyle or be on medication that lowers their testosterone, but they don’t necessarily need TRT to get to their hormones up

I think its a sign of a sick society that people are this obsessed with body optimization

Yeah they kinda mention how some people recommend not starting and how once you’re on you’re on, but it’s a bit short in comparison to the rest of the article. Definitely could’ve elaborated and went in more depth there

For anyone who cross trains, is it better to lift in the morning and then run in the afternoon/ evening or vice versa?

I would prob run in the morning then lift at night . But I don’t think it too much matters

my experience is to not exercise twice on the same day just to make sure you recover fully and can maintain this pace for longer. even if its run and lift its still probs a lot for your body unless its a short run and a quick w/o

bro its odd cuz she'll see you everyday, but she's a scaredy cat she'll run away like if you're a stranger

That was me lol what’s good

Because frfr a good lifting sesh is crucial to me. I’ll fall asleep at night in 3-5 minutes flat, when normally it would take me 30-60 minutes to knock out. Also helps boost mood a ton too.

Don’t get me wrong I’m still focused on hitting PRs and progressive overload every week, but that’s only because it aligns with my core motivation. The harder I work out = the better I feel and faster I can sleep
