    Ohhh I thought you asked how much I weighed at the moment. I've been using the 20 lb dumbells at home with a pull up bar and some metal pieces that are in my backyard.

    all I've been doing is 10 sets of 10 burpees, with short 40 yard jogs in between. followed by an ab circuit or pushup variations depending on what I feel like doing. its a killer workout everytime
