I started doing weighted pullups and chinups since I changed my program 2 months ago. Today is the first time I did multiple sets of 6 reps with 20kg additional weight. Keep in mind that I lost weight as well, but my lats and biceps feel crazy right now
Stronger core = stronger lifts
What workouts should I do for starters

When I first started focusing on abs this is what I used to do and it got me a a really strong core and super ripped abs (well + diet). Do everything 2-3 sets depending on energy and done as a circuit
1st circuit:
Crunches 30 reps
Lying Leg Raises 20 reps
Cross Kicks 15 seconds
Flutter Kicks 12 seconds
Elbow-to-knee 10 reps
2nd circuit:
Plank 60 seconds
Captains chair leg/knee raises 30 reps
Russian twists 15 reps
This should only take like 15-20 minutes

We all in this together
and @wsgmud you can start with an every other day frequency or 3 times a week. You should still get good results. Thats what I used to do
I do it after every workout now, but I’m an advanced lifter

8 minutes abs a limewire classic
Just somethin light to keep it right today
Also 24 hours into a fast might try to go til dinner
hopping off creatine was worth it just for the fact I cut like 8 pounds after quitting it. but overall I just dont feel like taking it idk ive been feeling myself these last few weeks pause

I mean that 8 lbs is just water which really doesn’t make much a difference unless you’re running a lot

nah I def prefer it that way I was too bloated from all that water. and yeah 4 less kilo feels better on my knees, especially knowing I put up 10+ kilo in the last two years

I stopped bc I dont care for it but I recommend it
Because of the water weight ?

that too. I felt really bloated at some point and I wondered if stopping taking it will make any difference. I also fell sick around that time and I normally lose a lot of weight when im sick so maybe it was just coincidental. if youre new I recommend creatine and not worry about extraweight bc its like 1 in 15 ppl who experience it

Noted. Might hold off on it for now
