Took it for 2 years, but wanted to see if it was actually working or also a placebo since it doesnt do anything on a third of people taking it. Had some effect but since I reduced the amount of gym time to 3/4 times a week Im completely fine without. The right amount of proteine and rest has way more impact to me. But its different for everyone.

I haven’t tried to. Only been working out for about 7 months. But idk might just skip it and up my protein and eat clean. Just looking to stay consistent and hope to see results through time

You should also try other types of ab workouts that will activate your TVA muscles which is activated by the rounding of your spine either forwards or backwards. It’s part of your ab muscles that wraps around your core like a cylinder

Even during a cut generally you’ll have more energy in the gym and retain more lean body mass while on the deficit. You’ll hold onto some extra water but if you just stop taking creatine 30 days before your trip or cutoff date you’ll shed the excess water by then. Last year I got off for the cut but this year I stayed on and I’ve retained much more strength this time around, but I’m also sleeping better too tbf. But yeah I’ve always been a fan of creatine. The hair loss thing isn’t real either
