I think if you want to have pre-saved workouts and track progress you'd need the paid tier but I'm good on that
Been running a few days a week and walking a lot more recently so I’ve finally been able to eat more and I can really notice the muscle I’m building now it feels great big motivation to workout more

I have a smart scale so I don't need to be manually entering that data in the app and it has some sort of workout a***ysis that gives you a report (I think) on your progress
I'm still tuning my splits and routine so it's just nice to have a record of workouts that isn't plain text

But it’s strictly a powerlifting program

Oh I think I misunderstood progress from you. Keeping track of excercises, sets, and weights (from the excercise itself) is tracking progress to me. But if thats free Ill give it a try.
