Yeah I’m an inch taller and I was around the same weight as you. Had to cut to 175-180 to see my abs
Lol used this lockdown period to get my bf% down as much as I felt needed to and I had a dream last night where I was looking in the mirror and there was a hole in my stomach
Looking more built now than when I was lifting weights. Making me re-think my approach in terms of doing weights. Tried some pilates youtube workouts this week and I'm defo gonna keep those up, kicked my ass. Also added in boxing/kickboxing to my workouts, seen big improvements in biceps/triceps more so than when I was doing curls etc.
Feel both the last 2 posts. Leanest I've been in a while from running and diet but I've been able to hit my shoulders way better with bands than I had been with weights so might actually be in better shape for summer than I was with the gym

tried 3 this week, just search 30 mins or 45mins pilates on youtube. There's so much free s*** on youtube, thinking of gettign resistance bands cos there's resistance band pilates workouts on youtube too

So alot of people are asking about at-home workouts these days, last week I linked a youtube video about At-Home chest workout made by my friend. This time he made a at-home back workout, using 0 gym equipment, only house hold tings and most of the exercises are also evidence based.

First time going for a bike ride. Road 20km. Took me an hour and a half, I made a couple stops... not that bad for my first time. Gotta cut that time down for sure though.
