i could but realistically i still have well defined abs and eat whatever i want on the weekends i don’t need to do something like that unless i wanna look a certain way for a short period of time

Went this morning to the gym for a WOD and did the Murph in 44 minutes. Felt pretty weak after donating, but at least I finished it. Going for a crazy meal rn, body is aching for calories
