I got my entire lifts down to 60 minutes with 1 hour cardio. Less is more

so after a bad night of not sleeping so great because my blood sugar went low i woke up had to drink juice then tried getting back to sleep some what but idk i went crazy in the gym today did 4 plate DL followed by 24 min cadio
Lost 0.2kg this week, went out for dinner 2 times so thats decent and donated blood which impacted it maybe as well. Today arms & abs and football training

Decided, both from financial reasons (them protein powders + protein bars + other macro things i was eating do add the f*** up. Learning the hard way this summer that just aint feasible rn) and due to the practical fact I do ultimately wanna be a lil skinnier, ima focus mainly on cutting to my target weight before bulking.
Which’ll be pretty easy, since I been losing some weight while having to take in an extra 500+ cals 5 days a week solely from those products.
