    Decided, both from financial reasons (them protein powders + protein bars + other macro things i was eating do add the f*** up. Learning the hard way this summer that just aint feasible rn) and due to the practical fact I do ultimately wanna be a lil skinnier, ima focus mainly on cutting to my target weight before bulking.

    Which’ll be pretty easy, since I been losing some weight while having to take in an extra 500+ cals 5 days a week solely from those products.

    You can get it fairly easily from other products as well

    Also the poster you’re replying to doesn't eat meat.

    I do get protein from tofu but like, to get to my 100-120g 5 days a week s***, is gonna require some money I gotta save at the moment.

    And dairy products like quarg or cottage cheese? Eggs? Or completely vegan?

    I mostly get it from

    • Quarg with fruit (2 times a day, sometimes mixed with protein powder)
    • Eggs
    • Whole grain (bread / rice) (especially on running days)
    • Beans & nuts

    Mixed with meat or fish once a day gets me to 160gram, so I can understand replacing meat is difficult. Do you eat fish though?

    Talking about food, this is (by far not brilliant) something I ate today. Make this once a week or so during my cut (2600cal daily) when I have 2 trainings a day. I think you can adjust it fairly easy of you want to go near zero on carbs or fat (replace buns with keto wraps or adjust dressing), but this works for me.

    • Whole grain small buns 3x (150g - 368cal, 60g carbs, 17,1g protein, 3,4g fat)
    • Vegan shawarma (soy) (175g - 222cal, 1,8g carbs, 26,3g protein, 8,8g fat)
    • Salad (100g - 8cal, 0,9g carbs, 0,5g protein, 0,2g fat)
    • Sweet Chili Zero Sugar - (30g - 22cal, 2g carbs, 0,2g protein, 0,1g fat)
    • Own made yoghurt dressing (45g - 50cal, 2g carbs, 0,2g protein, 5g fat)

    Total:
    670cal - 66,7g carbs - 44,3g protein - 17,5g fat

    I’ve had probably 2 days of eating over my calorie limit since June 10

    My net daily is about 1500, maximum is around 2200
