Not that sprinting is bad.. just long running and sprinting serve different purposes and both have a role in complete fitness

If you’re completely untrained, start with 3 days a week of easy cardio and maybe 1 day sprints
Once you’re feeling it you can ramp that up to 4-5 days cardio and 1-2 days of sprints
But pay close attention to your body and don’t add too much too fast.

Gotcha, I already did sprints the day before yesterday so maybe this should be another regular cardio day for me. Wouldn't call myself completely untrained since beforehand I was doing good amount of running like 3-5 miles

Try having chicken legs and people question whether you even do legs
since all this been working out like 5 days a week lifting weights light though like 35s and i have resistant bands to i work out about 2 hours and with that some days i do cardio on my bike machine for about 10 -15 mins to
am i over doing it ? as long as i eat as much to have the energy so i dont burn muscle i also do take protein new Zealand protein called diesel
