i am the same way lol its everyone maybe thinking this all the time
Been micro dosing shrooms before the gym for the past week. S***s kinda fire

so i had to go to the hospital today with a family so i did not hit the gym but i just had some 30s at home so i did bis and tris with what i was doing during the pandemic had a good pump shorter rest time and did like 4 sets each of like 10 reps
Took a deload week still feels like I’m losing strength in my bench press used to be able to rep 225 5 times now 3 reps feels difficult
What’re you trying to do? A higher protein ratio is important when cutting to prevent muscle loss but if you’re bulking or maintaining it’s not as big a deal

Take a picture and try not to look at yourself in the mirror for a while. Compare that picture to an old picture after some time and you’ll see the difference and maybe help your mental a lot

Ive been trough cycles of this, so i know not to take what i see in the mirror too seriously. I know i look good, big or “””small”””.
Not looking into the mirror for a few days is something i did a couple months ago and i felt so refreshed. Like i realised how our daily interactions are shaped by our own perceptions and the way we overanalyze s***. I dont think humans were ment to look at ourselves as much as we do in the modern world.
