Also just get on a smith machine and stop when it reaches the top of your head. Any additional stretch past 90 degrees doesn’t lead any significant gains where you could work on getting more weight on the bar which will lead to broader shoulders

Don’t lift no weights do all body weight exercises for upper body. You can do weights for legs.
