    i was on there back in like 09 my friends and i first got into lifting it was so good man my friends got so shredded his bodyspace was mod repped

    i got into lifting because of it around 2012-2013.

    Who’s doing shoulder presses with chest day? Rookie move imo.

    Also just get on a smith machine and stop when it reaches the top of your head. Any additional stretch past 90 degrees doesn’t lead any significant gains where you could work on getting more weight on the bar which will lead to broader shoulders

    i dont do chest with shoulders but for me i enjoy doing ohp with a bar or sitting when i wanna lift more

    i do curls n extensions fs i love em

    but i got this knot in my right hammie

    ima keep foam rolling n stretching fs

    also just hit legs yesterday for the first time since like september so that can by why too

    i dont do chest with shoulders but for me i enjoy doing ohp with a bar or sitting when i wanna lift more

    Same thing with the bar. I stop right at top of my head, I’ve found deeper just leads to more shot shoulders quicker

    ima chill on hams for a while and just hit quads/calves .. i’ve had that feeling in my right ham for a while but yesterday when i foam rolled for the first time i was like yea this a knot ..

    Don’t lift no weights do all body weight exercises for upper body. You can do weights for legs.

    A mixture of both.

    I still go gym but every non gym day (so every other day) i do a good 60-70 pushups (not at once of course)

    Protraction of your arms.

    The way we taught to do em puts most of the stress on our shoulders.

    DBB
    OHP
    Bicep curl
    Sitting curls with turns
    DB extensions
    Wrist curls (2 sets)

    3 high volume sets at the tricep pulldown machine

    Cooldown: 150 reps on weighted rope
    6 chinups (surprised i could get past 4 after all of this s***)
