Never had a gym membership, always had dumbbells and a bench at home which I used. Thought I had decent sized arms at certain points but really I was just consistent with bicep curls/whatever I was doing and got a lil bump. My colleague was massive at a point and is getting back into gym, he's been rubbing off on me and I'm actually going to start working out properly with the equipment I have
Going to start doing back/biceps, chest/triceps/shoulders, legs and running. Did back for the first time yesterday, not even a proper workout but because it was the first time I ever did back, my body is a little sore. Bought creatine online, once it arrives, I'll start my loading phase
I recommend an app called Strong. Not sure if it's on iOS, definitely on the PlayStore. But it lets you plan out your workouts, even explains how to do the exercises
what i meant by this was so one day i was doing abs i think it was with the rope on the cable machines idk what i did but i had a crazy pain that lasted for 3-4 days maybe i pulled a muscle over did it but it hurt so much i could not eat sleep even bend down that is what i meant by it

my body building friend swears by eating a big spoonful of peanut butter once per hour. and it makes sense cuz just eating something will probably maximize your pump. but yea he insists on constantly eating and he's not bulking or cutting, i guess it would be a slight bulk if anything

Yeah. All the “keto” marketing stuff is silly but some of the keto breads have great fiber with low calories

i eat sometimes or i should say all the time 1 piece of bread brown with pnb before working out and it helps also because being diabetic pnb does not raise your blood sugar only the bread will because its carbs
