    Just go on a caloric deficit. Endomorph and Exomorph is pseudoscience

    Ill do some reading on it. This is what made me want to switch.

    I've been doing intermediate fasting since stay at home. I eat in a 6 hour block for every day. Once you get past the first days its easy to adjust. It defiantly helps keep fat off and I have not noticed significant muscle atrophy.

    Would recommend.

    So I used this weak ass calculator online that asked for weight, height, and waist size

    My waist is currently 28 and the body fat calculator calculated my bfp at 7.8% but I think it’s higher like maybe a 9 which I’m happy about

    im using 35s for now with chest tri's biceps back i also have a bench to but to do upper and lower chest is hard

    Like in the morning when I wake up (I sleep at 3 am) eat dinner at 9pm and wake at 11 am (cause of lock down) I can see my first 4 set of abs so I know it’s at least under 10%

    Bro I’m only 5’6. If I go up to 170 I will be over weight. I’m at 138 and I’m skinny built. I wanna drop to 130. I need to buy a lot of new clothes tho all the medium size clothes are too big for me

    I could always build a platform to deadlift on. For the mean time, I'll do it outside on the grass if I have to.

    Nice bro, that's solid. Sounds like you're getting good use out of it.

    I've been focusing on mobility and function. I''m hella tall and was kinda ignoring that stuff on my strength program previously. My hip flexors have never been so loose

    If you weigh yourself at the same time everyday and average it week over week you'll have a good idea where your weight stands.

    If your focus is to loose more fat, increase your testosterone and lower your estrogen and cortisol

    lol ok why not 155 its not bad and plus you will have 25 pounds more of muscle lol try it
