    If you weigh yourself at the same time everyday and average it week over week you'll have a good idea where your weight stands.

    If your focus is to loose more fat, increase your testosterone and lower your estrogen and cortisol

    I weigh around the same time and it always fluctuates between 137 to 140 for the last two weeks, but that really depends on what I ate the previous night and how bloated I am in the morning

    Bro I’m only 5’6. If I go up to 170 I will be over weight. I’m at 138 and I’m skinny built. I wanna drop to 130. I need to buy a lot of new clothes tho all the medium size clothes are too big for me

    idk if anyone here has tried that ass exercise girls do at the gym with the ropes where they bend down and tighten there ass and lower back lol well i tried it with resit bands and man it was tough to do i have a resit band that weights like 25 or 30 pounds it was a good work out

    i was 150 before quarantine and I definitely had a lot of muscle but it wasn’t defined and I also had a little gut. Now I can see my veins especially in my arms and wrist and my stomach is getting so flat that i am getting a v cut :pog:

    i was 150 before quarantine and I definitely had a lot of muscle but it wasn’t defined and I also had a little gut. Now I can see my veins especially in my arms and wrist and my stomach is getting so flat that i am getting a v cut :pog:

    let me ask are you one of those ppl that can eat whatever and still have a 6 pack lol i should say a fast metabolism yes lol i googled it lol

    I could always build a platform to deadlift on. For the mean time, I'll do it outside on the grass if I have to.

    No I actually used to have a really bad metabolism

    I’m eating really healthy during quarantine and eating very small meals (4 small meals) and no dessert, only water, green tea, almond milk smoothie. I also eat a lot of veggies (lunch and dinner), lot of fruits, and only eat chicken, beef, goat meat, fish

    Cardio and body Weight workouts 6 days a week. (I have a treadmill)

    I also have only one 30 pound dumbbell

    I've been doing intermediate fasting since stay at home. I eat in a 6 hour block for every day. Once you get past the first days its easy to adjust. It defiantly helps keep fat off and I have not noticed significant muscle atrophy.

    Would recommend.

    Ill look into it.

    Legs! Bro I got crazy leg workouts with no weights required at all! 30 mins of it and I’m sweating like a sauna

    Also I mowed the lawn today and played basketball! But leg workout later tonight
