yes RDLs are perfect! I forgot I was doing those too while working over the pain. would definitely incorporate them into your routine in place of deadlifts. really good way to strengthen your lower back with the constant tension.
I just do rack pulls now cause there is literally a tiny difference it makes from picking up the bar off the ground vs. saving your lower back in terms of like muscle growth/definition
just don’t forget to stretch between sets! really helps, trust me. also pull up (I do assisted) relieves that pressure on your lower back too, if let’s say, you do heavy deadlift/rack pulls

I don’t do them or have an opinion on them but I was watching this fella talk about them today (7min mark)

I use to do these ab exercises in the pool but had to stop cuz I started catching cramps in my stomach. I did this workout today and caught a stomach cramp again during the ab portion. S*** so painful I was rollin around the ground lol . Had to google to make sure I ain’t have a hernia I been getting them so often

Controlled back extensions (slow eccentric, stop the concentric when your glutes are fully contracted aka no hyperextension) have helped a few people i know w lower back pain

i would flip it and do a lat pulldown first then pull up after deadlift, but if you seeing benefits then push on!

i would get that if your goal is to improve on pull up
but like for me i have lower back issues and recently I been trying to fix all these joint issues, so i use pull up to relieve the pressure after deadlift and get my “energy usage” out of lat pulldown

How many grams of protein would be best to shoot for? I heard even 0.7g/1 lb of weight is the target for me. Tryna go on a slight 300-400 calorie deficit in time for summer.
Chicken breast is such an easy way to get your proteins in
BETTER PUT HOT SPICY STUFF ON THAT OR YOUR BETTER OFF EATING DRY WALL

my gym got this new chest press a while back and i used it for the first time time today, holy s***, the stretch was insane
felt like my pecs were about to rip off
only bad thing was the padding sucks, it felt like just hard plastic, no give at all. i've never seen anyone use it but it's gonna be a new staple for me
