Hit a 3 rep PR on incline db press (55 lbs)
i hate that to progress in lifting it turns out i actually need to be able to cook. i also hate that my app doesnt consider my prior meso so i just do the same weight over and over and over even if the number of reps might be larger
my gym got this new chest press a while back and i used it for the first time time today, holy s***, the stretch was insane
felt like my pecs were about to rip off
only bad thing was the padding sucks, it felt like just hard plastic, no give at all. i've never seen anyone use it but it's gonna be a new staple for me

try heavier weight in the 5-8 range three sets even if the app saids w.e you need to know this i sometimes do the same weight over and over again it depends usually how i feel if i am tired from the day before because i pushed more that day or i dont wanna over do it because i tend too sometimes being in the gym 2 plus hours
shoulder day was nice used smith machine to do shrugs ohp lat raises also idk if anyone else does it hear but do you guys do wheel turns that work on front delts
