Been doing deadhangs, pull ups, dips, pushups and other calisthenics
F***ed my lower back up a week ago and it was the straw that broke the camels back pun intended b****

also add in jump ropes
For exercise i ride a stationary bike 10 or 15 miles a day, varying the resistance throughout ride. I also try to skateboard 2-3 times a week for an hour. Then do some basic bodyweight exercises like pushups, planks, and leg lifts. Also have some weights for arm curls.
Food has been tough but ive been trying to cook all my own meals. Main thing is i try to eat some dark green veggies each day. Today is wild salmon and broccoli for lunch, breakfast was yogurt blackvetries and oats, and then ima finish off some green beans and radish salad for dinner. I just feel hungry allllll day....
Been thinking about a gym membership just so i can swim laps in a pool...
It seems like what you’ve been doing has been working. That’s a lot of weight down. It just takes time and you’re on a good pace. Most important thing is staying on the path.
Couple things to consider
Tracking calories can help to get down and see how much you’re actually eating. I always recommend it for at least a short period to get an idea of all the portions.
Long term weight loss is going to see fatigue, taking electrolyte supplements can help if you’re starting to feel that. Nuun tablets are cheap.
Taking a structured 1-2 week break can help with long term adherence.
Getting a gym membership would be a good idea too. If you’re working towards fat loss and body composition then weight lifting is going to be your biggest tool. Burning calories on the bikes great but if you’re not lifting your body is going to shed weight. If you’re lifting weights your body will prioritize shedding fat over the muscle because it needs that to continue lifting.
Swimming is great exercise but studies show people that swim don’t lose weight. Because they have an increased appetite. Another reason why tracking calories is important and i recommend it.

you need to strengthen it so it wont hurt right? also stretching will help foam roll too

i more hate it when ppl are on there phones and other ppl are waiting to use the s***
a guy that goes to a gym i go to i asked him once you take anything like trt steroids' he said no but you can obviously tell by that big arms with veins popping out

4 plate hip thrusts
at 295 for 6 reps now…almost there
Gonna run 10k tomorrow. Was my goal last summer but I wasn’t locked in or properly pacing myself. Only been on 3 runs this year lol
