wym? cables are not a 1-1 ratio. most are a 2-1 or 3-1 ratio. so it's only really 95lbs at the end of whatever attachment you're using

protein timing doesn’t matter, just keep going and hitting your goals. abs are the last thing that will show in weight loss

yea just don’t fall into the trap of thinking just because that layer of fat means there’s no abs, keep hitting them hard

You could be overworking it. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to give the knee some rest and see if that does it. Lay off the stairmaster for a bit
What’s your regimen looking like right now?
breh just started eating more and lifting heavier but can’t tell if im putting on muscle or it’s the same and i just have more body fat or water weight

Is 10 miles HIIT on a bike and 3 miles walking/jogging on a treadmill 6 days a week an effective weight loss regime

yeah but i don't think that's ideal and burn out is probably likely. putting on muscle is better for fat loss than pure cardio. you'll burn a lot more calories during those cardio sessions but muscle tissue requires more calories to maintain so you'll increase overall metabolism with more muscle which would lead to more fat loss over time. even replacing just 2 of those cardio sessions with lifting sessions would lead to even better results

you only need an hour of active cardio of choice a day, just rotate them on separate days so you have variety and don’t get bored
weight loss is all about diet, you gone need that energy as you lose weight and eat less
