First day on tren in 1 hour
Went to Zion national park and had a blast on the hikes taking in all the scenery
Helped me get out of the funk I’ve been in physically. All that level 2 cardio helped me blast through the wall I’ve been hitting. Had an amazing day in the gym today.

I still eat/take everything else on my off days so im basically 150 grams of protein on my on days and 135-140 on my off days which helps as I’m trying to still have just a liiiitle bit of a deficit overall.
I do it this way honestly to preserve my powder because dawg this plnt protein powder from Vitamin shoppe is expensive 😭😭😭

yeah lol i dont vibe with powders because the math isnt right on them. though i most likely will stock up on them soon anyway. i do what i can to hit my goal but im not even close there, i cover maybe half to two thirds consistently but thats about it. ive been losing weight recently and it really shows on my muscles too
